Good Gravy

Serve on Mashed Parsnips (see recipe below) :

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Nama Shoyu or unpasteurized miso
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve in gravy boat.

Makes 1 cup
